Hospital Negligence

Hospital negligence is the negligence of a doctor, resident, nurse or other hospital staff member who has provided substandard care that resulted in harm to the patient. We all know that hospitals can be understaffed. Often, too few nurses are working too long hours. Doctors cannot be in two places at the same time. This, unfortunately, exposes the patient to many dangers, such as missed, late or wrong medications, changes in physical condition that go unnoticed, inadequate sanitary care, emergency call buttons that go unanswered, and so on.
